Refund Policy

REFUNDS / RETURNS / REPAIRS:

We are proud of our work and guarantee the quality of our items. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply message us to let us know you want to return the item and start the refund process. Our policy lasts 30 days. If you have a concern past the allowed 30 day mark, we may still be able to help resolve your problem in some other way. Please feel free to contact us anytime. REFUNDS:

We accept refunds within 30 days of purchase. Item needs to be in its original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. For faster processing, please notify us in advance via e-mail that you would like to return the item. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us, that we will be ready to process your return. We may ask you to take photographs of the item / ask you to provide us some information about your concern, depending on the circumstances. Refunds are easy, simply contact us / send a message to get the process started.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs - with tracking information - and we will notify you as soon as we receive the item. We don't guarantee that we will receive your item as we have no control over third parties (ex. If you return it via USPS or Fed Ex), so to protect you, the buyer & us the seller, we request that you include tracking information / tracking number.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected, and we will send you an email to notify whether it has been approved for a full or partial refund. A restocking fee of 20% will apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging & condition. (So Please make sure to send us the item you received in its original condition & packaging - including any gift boxes, cards, tags, etc.) Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 1-7 business days.

All regular priced (ready made, or made to order without alterations) items that have no personalization are eligible for full refunds. Custom-made and custom stamped / personalized orders are eligible for partial refunds only if you have personally designed, specifically told us to create it a certain way, or approved the product design after getting photograph proofs. In some cases, we send out photos of the actual item you will receive, and we only ship it out after it has been confirmed / approved by the customer via e-mail. If the customer is unhappy with our custom work before we ship it out, we either redo the item or refund all your money back. Please respect our time & effort when we make items according to your specifications. Thank you for understanding!

We can make repairs for free on your items if it was bought within the last 30 days. In some instances, we may replace the item entirely. The shipping cost for both ways is the responsibility of the buyer. We may ask you to send us photographs of the item so we see the condition, and we may also ask additional questions in order to help resolve any issues you may have. Please contact us to start the repair / help process.

Important note: Availability of replacement parts is not guaranteed, especially for one-of-a-kind items, charms, gemstones or crystals. We may replace it with similar (but not exactly the same) parts or you may also send us the original components along with your package.

FAQ's

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
