General FAQ's for Delivery & Behind the Scenes for Shipping / Drop off

The next step after packaging your vegan jewelry & gifts is dropping off the packages at the local Post Office! Did you know that we go out almost every day with bins (although we probably could arrange a regular pick up schedule from where we work)?



We like to support the USPS and almost all of the items we ship are dropped off locally here. After drop off, the packages are in the postal system and we are able to track each one electronically as it goes around the US / around the world! 
Frequently Asked Questions / FAQ's 
Does the shipping time include processing & creation time?
No. Please allow extra time for shipping. Our creation & processing times vary, and we confirm what the scheduled ship day is for all orders. A number of factors affect our creation times, (such as whether it is a custom item & the quantity ordered) but typically it is anywhere from 2 days - 2 weeks. In case you would like to inquire about an order before purchase, please contact us anytime!

How fast do you guys ship after they are created / How long will it take for my package to arrive? Do you have overnight shipping?

Within the USA: 
Standard shipping typically takes 3-9 business days
Priority Mail shipping 2-4 business days
Express / Overnight shipping 1 or 2 business days
*This timeline depends on your location (how far you are away from Austin, TX) and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (ex. weather events, etc). Only Express/ Overnight shipping has a guaranteed delivery date.
*Just let us know if you have a deadline & we'll be able to confirm if the item will arrive in time.
International Orders / Outside the USA:
Packages to Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand typically take 2-6 weeks to arrive. To all other locations it may take up to 8 weeks. International packages do not have a specific delivery date. It always depends on how fast it goes through customs & the local post office system in your location.

Will my order be insured? Is there delivery confirmation?
Domestic priority mail, express / overnight shipping & international packages are all insured. All our packages have a tracking number for delivery confirmation & overnight express packages have signature confirmation. If you live in an area where there is a history of suspected mail theft or packages are prone to be missing (ex. in apartments), please let us know if you would like to add on signature confirmation to your order.

Will there be additional customs / import fees / taxes for my international order?
Our prices do not reflect any international customs / import fees / taxes, and we are not allowed to pay for them as we are based in the USA. We also do not mark merchandise orders as 'gifts'. Laws and customs practices vary per country & the destination location, please check the destination's postal office or government website regarding fees. 

Do you charge any taxes for my domestic / USA based order?
We only collect sales tax from Texas residents, and local Texas sales tax info appears on the checkout page. 

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If an item gets lost or damaged in the mail, please let us know as soon as possible. We don't have any control over third parties like the USPS, but we may be able to replace it, track it down or give you a refund. We are not responsible for lost packages if the GPS tracking confirms it as "Delivered". Please contact us for any issues!
